TRAFFIC!!!!


This morning one of the road that i usually pass was heavy with traffic that my usual travel time of 30mins became 1 hour and 30 mins and i was forced to go out of the FX and ride the LRT just not to be late. Safely to say i wasn't late and i learned the reason behind it that one of the other roads was closed so i choose this topic i will tell you 3 different ways to see traffic in another way

1.If you are not in a hurry just relax and enjoy the ride take it as a break listen to music and if your missing sleep take this opportunity to take a nap but be careful with your things thou.

2.If you are in a not so much hurry then leave and take it as an adventure find new ways to get there faster it will be fun and useful in case you know there will be traffic again.

3.if you are in a hurry then just walk it will exercise and time saving

what ever your way is just enjoy and have a safe trip.

MIDTERM AFTERMATH!!

Midterms exams is done I fell like literally drain in all aspects which is only okay i am used to it . However the results of the midterms was so disappointing that saying that it was bad was actually an under statement and just looking at it could ruin my whole week end but it gave me something to think about that in the finals i must do better and find new ways to make things better. So if you have exam study well and be prepared so wish me luck and hope for the best so thank you and have a nice day ^_^

STRESS!!!



Everybody has this students,teacher,parents,rich and poor just everybody has this. This thing is what makes as older more than he should be and makes life a little less better and make us decide things that we do just because of stress. So first we define it  in common terms stress is" mentally or emotionally disruptive or upsetting condition occurring in response to adverse external influences and capable of affecting physical health, usually characterized by increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, muscular tension, irritability, and depression " so that is stress we all know that stress is a basic thing in our lives we coup in it in many different ways some of us eat some sleep some do other things so i will tell you some ways to lessen it because i know its impossible to get rid of it.

1.DO THE WHAT YOU CAN CAN TO FINISH IT= Of course a ways to get rid of it is already is already finishing the problem  it will make your life better and make you relax and not panic about freaking about it.

2. THINK AND PLAN AHEAD= well this speaks in it self  to have less stress think of ideal situation that will know that it will be stressful for you so why not plan ahead it will not only save you time but also money and sanity 

3.ASK HELP= yup there is power in numbers to lessen the stress share it hahaha it will be faster and it will be more fun doing it with your friends so it will not only benefit your work life/school life  but also you social life
